Defendant's Motion to Vacate Renewal of Judgment is DENIED. Renewal judgment was properly served to defendant's address of record in 2018. Defendant has never updated defendant's address of record in this action. Therefore, this is the address where papers are required to be served. Since service of the renewal judgment in 2018 was proper, the renewal judgment is not void, and this motion is untimely under CCP 683.170. =(501/CFH)
