DEFENDANT MAHER LAKHAL'S MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT JUDGMENT is GRANTED, in part. No opposition filed. The default of defendant Maher Lakhal is set aside. As no judgment has been entered in this action, the request to set aside default judgment is moot. Defendant Maher Lakhal shall file and serve the proposed response within five days.
