Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. The Court notes that the opposition papers do not comply with CRC 2.104, requiring minimum 12-point font. Nevertheless, defendant has not shifted the burden to show that the premises was deemed and declared substandard as set forth in Section 17920.3 of the Health and Safety Code because conditions listed in that section exist to an extent that endangers the life, limb, health, property, safety, or welfare of the public. =(501/CFH)
