201700496204PRCP: In The Matter of Julia Gomez 08/25/2026 in Department J6 Hearing re: Annual/Biennial Status Report Conservatorship Review

The status report was filed on 6/24/26. The Court has reviewed the status report. It is complete. No appearance required.

The next biennial status report shall be served and filed by 7/18/28 and set for a hearing on 8/22/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6.

The next court investigator’s report shall be filed by 7/18/28.

Ventura County Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) states that the “conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service.” As of 8/17/26 there is not a proof of service on file showing the required service. Conservator is ordered to serve the status report as required and file a proof of service. If not filed before the hearing, or the Court does not find good cause to waive it, the Court will continue this hearing to 9/29/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof of service to be filed.

Also, as of 8/17/26, the Court Investigator’s report has not been filed. Unless the report is filed before the hearing, the Court intends to continue the hearing to 9/29/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6.

The clerk shall give notice.
