The Status Report was filed on 1/22/26 but Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) requires that a copy of the status report be served on the individuals identified in Probate Code section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), and that the proof of service be filed with the court. The biennial status report shall be filed on or before 1/24/28, and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 6/6/28, 10:30 a.m., in J6.
The next court investigators report is due to the Court on or before 1/24/28.
The clerk shall give notice.
