The next biennial status report shall be served and filed by 7/25/28 and set for a hearing on 8/29/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6. The next court investigators report shall be filed by 7/25/28. Ventura County Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) states that the conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service. The Court notes that the conservator has served additional individuals that do not require service. In the future, the conservator should limit service to only persons required to be served. The clerk shall give notice.
