If not filed before the hearing, or the Court does not find good cause to waive it, the Court will continue this hearing to 9/29/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof of service to be filed. As of 8/18/26 the Court Investigator’s report has not been filed. Unless the report is filed before the hearing, the Court intends to continue the hearing to 9/29/26 at 10:30 AM in Department J6. The clerk shall give notice.
