Before the Court is an Amended Petition filed by Petitioners, Gordon C. Dunn, as Beneficiary, Lucky Lawrence, as Trustee of the James A. and Norma M. Dunn Revocable Living Trust UDT 1/17/2007, and Larry W. Janes, as putative owner (collectively the “Petitioners”). The original Petition was filed on June 18, 2026, and a Notice of Hearing was issued by the Court on the same date. The Proof of Service by Mail within the Notice of Hearing was executed prior to the Court issuing the hearing date on the Notice. Petitioner has not separately filed the Notice of Hearing indicating the Notice was served which contains the hearing date. The Amended Petition was filed on June 23, 2026. The Proof of Service indicates the Petition was served via mail but is silent as to the Notice of Hearing. TENTATIVE RULING #5: PETITION IS DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE FOR LACK OF NOTICE.
