301 mission millennium tower --- caller is concerned san francisco is not prepared for the disaster that may take place at the millennium tower. a city department needs to address this emergency situation this is a major safety health concern. the city signed of for the engineers to build the millennium building knowingly there were no bedrock 80 ft. below and the engineers build the building on sand. peoples lives are at risk, if and when the building collapses it will cause sewer lines to collapse, gas lines, surrounding buildings to collapse. peoples will be killed on the street and in cars . a 360 cage should be put around it and go down further than 80 ft below.the problem is no city department wants to address this situation, no one wants' to address the concern concerning the tower. he also wants to know who inspects the bart tunnel coming into the city, the public should be able to see a maintenance checklist or manual online. how is the city going to close the water off onceNot Active
