"husband returned home after being away about 3 days to find that there was sewage or water on the kitchen counters, in the cupboards, in the oven, behind the fridge located about 10 feet from the kitchen sink. there was also sewage or water in the wall which leaked through the wall into the carpet in the adjoining room. the wood floor has buckled and blackened and the cupboards are rotten. the paint on the walls is bubbling. there is a very bad moldy smell causing the customer headaches. the customer reached to his hoa manager or staff member who now say they will not provide assistance. this is a recurring issue. customer requested a meeting with the board which has not yet been scheduled. customer is currently not staying in the unit due to headaches."Not Active
