Multiple problems that the landlord is not dealing with:our mailboxes have been broken for 3 years and landlord is not fixing it, id theft is rampant. in the laundry, there is 4 washers and 3 have been broken for almost a year, so over 200 people for one washer. and it malfunctioned yesterday and i slipped while trying to clean it because they never sent maintenance to take care of it.the building is being neglected. they also rent to more people than what is allowed. the other day someone fell down in the hallway because of items left in the hallway and management is not maintaining the halls. also 62+ building. also no security service anymore, like before. no talking to management at all. this is aperto property management who we think is not handling these issues. this company also doesn't turn on the generator when we have a power outage, even when people are on oxygen. 4 people have passed away already. back stairs are also not being maintained. also the keypad to let visitorNot Active
