Construction ongoing ifo all the units doors inside the building. caller was told by one of the workers they are installing possibly sonic cables going over everyone's door. the landlord has always said no to installing sonic cables due to wall and pipes being old.landlord has not given any notice to residents and/or received any permission. caller states construction workers are slamming things loudly from about 8 am - 2 pm, then lasts until 5 pm. caller was told that the construction will last for another week or 2.caller stated that they've overheard one of the workers state that there is brown liquid coming out (could be coming from the pipes). however, the workers kept on drilling. caller is worried so 77 out of 120 units are for elderly.
