Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application for an Order Advancing the Hearing Date on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Compliance with Court Order and to Continue Plaintiff's Deadline to File a Motion for Class Certification for 60 days is GRANTED IN PART. Good cause exists to advance the hearing date on the motion to compel, but Plaintiff's application does not state the motion has been filed and the moving papers do not currently appear in eCourt. Department 18 hears law & motion in complex cases on Wednesdays, and a July 1 hearing date is 14 court days from the hearing on this application. To allow adequate notice of the motion, the hearing date is advanced to July 8, 2026 at 1:30 provided that Plaintiff files the motion consistent with the Code of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff's request to extend the time to file a motion for class certification is granted.
