The Hearing on Motion to Compel Further Discovery Responses filed by TARTE, INC. (Defendant) CRS# 103870248938 scheduled for 09/22/2026 is reset to 09/17/2026 at 01:30 PM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

Any opposition and reply papers shall be filed and served consistent with the Code of Civil Procedure.

Defendant Tarte's counsel must forthwith serve a copy of this order on all counsel of record and self-represented parties. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
