Ruling

CASE NUMBER: 22PB-0031706 This matter is on calendar for Status of Administration and for hearing on an Order to Show Cause issued to the former Personal Representative and Counsel as to why a civil judgment should not be entered against them in the amount equal to the value of the estate. No documents have been filed in response to the Order to Show Cause or to provide the Court with a status of the estate. The Court notes notice of the Personal Representative’s removal was not provided to the remaining heirs. The clerk is directed to mail a copy of today’s minutes to the remaining heirs to ascertain interest in completing administration of the estate. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar to address the Order to Show Cause and to discuss the status of the estate. Failure to appear will result in a civil judgment equal to the value of the estate.
