Status of Administration; Order to Show Cause
CASE NUMBER: 24PB-0032304 This matter is on calendar for Status of Administration. The Court notes a Petition for Final Distribution was previously filed on February 2, 2026; however, it was subsequently stricken for failure to pay the required filing fee. The Personal Representative is ORDERED to file a status report at least five days prior to the hearing date to inform the Court of the status of the estate administration. Failure to do so will result in the imposition of Monetary Sanctions and may result in the issuance of an Order to Show Cause Re: Removal of the Personal Representative.
