New Case Management Statements shall be filed by all parties no later than 15 days prior to the hearing pursuant to Local Rule 2.51.

On the Court's own motion, the Case Management Conference - Case Management Program scheduled for 10/27/2023 is continued to 10/04/2024 at 08:30 AM in Department 38 at Gordon D. Schaber Superior Court.

All named Defendants have been dismissed and or defaulted except for Does 1-25. If the Does cannot be dismissed, the Plaintiff shall specifically address the reasons why in their Case Management Statement filed prior to the next hearing.
