Please note pursuant to the Standing Order of the Sacramento Superior Court No. SSC-25- 27, as of November 10, 2025 this case is scheduled for Case Management in Dept 28.

On the Court's own motion, the Case Management Conference scheduled for 01/16/2026 is continued to 07/24/2026 at 9:00 AM in Department 28 at Gordon D. Schaber Superior Court.

The plaintiff shall diligently proceed to obtain the responsive pleadings, defaults, or dismissals of defendants Artis Hunter and Damarea Chaney as to the Complaint.

New Case Management Statements shall be filed by all parties no later than 15 days prior to the hearing pursuant to Local Rule 2.51.
