The Motion to Compel DEFENDANT PENDLETON PARTNERS, LPS NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION TO COMPEL THE DEPOSITION OF NON-PARTY LUIS GODINEZ SALGADO AND FOR SANCTIONS filed by PENDLETON PARTNERS, LP on 01/13/2026 is Denied.

The unopposed Motion of Defendant Pendleton Partners, LP (“Defendant”) to Compel Deposition as to Luis Salgado is DENIED. (Code Civ. Proc. §§ 2025.450, subd. (a).) At the time of this Order, no Opposition has been filed. Plaintiff Andy Le (“Plaintiff”)’s Joinder to the Motion is granted.

The Court’s record reflects that a copy of the present motion has only been served on Plaintiff’s counsel, but does not contain a filed proof of service showing that Mr. Salgado has been served with this motion. (ROA.) Accordingly, Defendant’s Motion is DENIED.

If a party does not timely contest the foregoing Tentative Ruling and appear at the hearing, the Tentative Ruling will become the order of the court.
