PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL RESPONSES TO DISCOVERY, TO ESTABLISH ADMISSIONS FROM DEFENDANT, AND FOR MONETARY SANCTIONS AGAINST DEFENDANT is GRANTED in part. Defendant shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Special Interrogatories (Set One) and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order. Defendant may serve the responses by any method authorized by CCP 1013 or 1010.6. Plaintiff has not provided any facts or law supporting the request to restrict the method of service; there is no other hearing or trial date pending in this action. Plaintiff's request to deem admitted the truth of matters in the Requests for Admission (Set One) is denied, as defendant has served a substantially compliant response. =(501/CFH)
