PLAINTIFF SEOSAMH O'BRIAIN Notice Of Motion And Motion To Compel Responses To Discovery And Request For Monetary Sanctions Against Defendant is GRANTED in part, subject to opposition. Defendant shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); Special Interrogatories (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order.
