Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Triable issues exist, including whether plaintiff had full knowledge of both of the breaches alleged in the Notice at the time of acceptance of rent. Defendant's evidence of prior knowledge makes no reference whatsoever to the second breach listed in the Notice. =(501/CFH)
