Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Responses to Form Interrogatories (general), Form Interrogatories (UD), Request for Production of Documents, and Request for Sanctions is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
The motion is granted with respect to the interrogatories, as defendant's late handwritten responses are illegible. Defendant John Zimmer shall serve complete verified legible responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One) and Form Interrogatories-General (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order.
The motion is denied with respect to Plaintiff's Request for Production of Documents (Set One), as defendant has provided complete and legible responses to that discovery.
Sanctions are granted in the amount of $585, provided, however, that the sanctions shall be waived if defendant provides complete and legible responses to the interrogatories in compliance with this order. =(501/CFH)
