On December 24, 2025, Plaintiff was ordered to serve notice of the continued hearing date and all moving papers on each Defendant, by either mail, overnight delivery, or personal service, no later than December 26, 2025, and to file proof of said service no later than January 7, 2026.
Per the proof of service filed January 5, 2026, service did not occur until January 5, 2026. This does not comply with the Court's order. =(505/MT)
