Defendant's Motion to Appoint Parker Jones as Appraiser to Determine Fair Market Value is CONTINUED to August 18, 2025 for the parties to meet and confer on the (i) value of the property or (ii) another method of valuation. (CCP 874.316(b).)
If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, each side shall file a declaration, no later than August 13, 2025, nominating up to two disinterested real estate appraisers licensed in the State of California to determine the fair market value of the property. The Court notes that given Parker Jones' apparent interest in the matter, he will not be considered as possible option. =(501/GLW)
