Prior to the hearing the parties shall meet and confer regarding FMV of the property. If parties agree on the value, the parties shall advise the Court at the hearing of their agreed upon value. No later than 9:00 a.m. on April 16, 2026 Defendant may submit the names of the appraisers they wish the Court to consider for appointment. Defendant's March 30, 2026 filing is stricken. =(501/CFH)

Notice of contesting a tentative ruling shall be provided by sending an email to the court to Department501ContestTR@sftc.org with a copy to all other parties stating, without argument, the portion(s) of the tentative ruling that the party contests.
