No later than April 10, 2026 Defendant's counsel to file (1) a supplemental brief limited to citation to authority allowing for filing of a declaration in support of opposition to the motion three days after the original hearing date without leave of court. Brief shall include no argument. If no authority is located, brief shall state "none;" (2) if no authority is cited in the brief, defense counsel to file a declaration explaining the filing of the declaration past the deadline for filing opposition without leave of court. =(501/CFH)
