Plaintiff's Motion for Order Assigning Rents to Plaintiffs and Creditors and Order to Restrain Defendants is GRANTED. Payment of 100% of the rents from the tenants of 1215 29th Avenue in San Francisco, California, and 50% of the rents from 938 Clark Avenue, Apt. 59, in Mountain View, California, are to be made payable directly by the tenants to "Hooshmand Law Group PC, Trust Account," in satisfaction of the Judgment entered on June 25, 2024 against Timothy West.
Plaintiff has not provided sufficient evidence that Christie West has ownership interest in either property. Timothy West is restrained from assigning, transferring or disposing of the right to payment of rent, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 708.520. =(501/CFH)
