Plaintiff's Motion for Change of Venue is DENIED. Plaintiff fails to meet her burden of showing that the current venue is improper under any of the statutory grounds. (CCP section 397(b)-(d); Fontaine v. Super. Ct. (2009) 175 Cal.App.4th 830, 836; see also Hamilton v. Superior Court (1974) 37 Cal.App.3d 418, 423.) =(501/CFH)
