There is an undisputed breakdown in attorney-client communications. It does not appear that Attorney Rodriguez's continued representation would serve the interests of justice. Counsel Rodriguez's motion to withdraw is GRANTED. The Court notes the following upcoming matters: On September 18, 2026, there is an Order to Show Cause Re: Sanctions for Plaintiff's failure to appear on May 13, 2026.
