The Court will execute and enter the [Proposed] Order submitted with the moving papers.
Counsel shall remain Plaintiffs counsel of record until the date on which Counsel files with the Court and serves on Plaintiff by first class U.S. mail at Plaintiffs last known mailing address a Notice of Entry of the final Order on this Motion to Be Relieved.
CONTESTING TENTATIVE RULINGS
