APPEARANCE REQUIRED. Parties shall be prepared to address the following: 1. The 177 newly located Freedom Steed members class/release coverage given Weee!'s disputed-employment position, feasibility of paying them, required proof, and each side's stance.
2. The $133,820.74 in void uncashed-check funds a specific proposed disposition (supplemental distribution, pro rata, and/or cy pres), the cy pres nexus, and any Unclaimed Property Law question.
3. The 192 who remain untraceable confirmation that tracing is exhausted and their shares were properly redistributed.
4. Final accounting and closure a submission deadline, proposed order, and next status date. Parties shall meet and confer and, if possible, present a joint proposed plan for the residual funds and an accounting schedule.
