Tentative Ruling
NO APPEARANCE IS REQUIRED. The Court has read and considered the compliance statement filed by Plaintiff and is satisfied that the settlement funds have been distributed as expected to date. All un-cashed checks shall be transmitted to Legal Aid at Work in the amount of $85,902.26. The Court will sign the Proposed Revised Judgment.
The settlement administrator shall file an updated declaration at least 15 days prior to the next compliance hearing to inform the Court regarding the status of the settlement fund disbursement. If the Court is satisfied that the settlement funds have been disbursed as expected, no appearance will be required.
