Insufficient notice per CCP 1005(b) and 1010.6. Notice of motion on file states a different hearing date than the courtesy copy provided to the court. The hearing date on the document on file appears to have been altered by hand at the time of filing, and it appears the proof of service was filed at the same time, indicating that the document may have been altered after it was served. As such, the proof of service on file does not appear to reflect that the papers on file were served.=(501/CFH)
