Tentative Ruling: The motion is made pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure §2033.280 on the ground that Plaintiff failed to serve any timely response to the Requests for Admissions, Set One, which were served on Plaintiff by electronic service on June 4, 2026, and to which a response was due on or before July 7, 2026. The Requests for Admission and the instant motion were properly served. The Court grants the motion as to Requests for Admission 1 through 35 only. The motion is denied as to all remaining Requests for Admission.
The Court awards monetary sanctions against Plaintiff Andrea Rosado and her attorney of record, Michael D. Kwasigroch, jointly and severally, in the reduced amount of $660.00.
