Plaintiff's Motion for Substitution of Party is DENIED without prejudice. Proposed substitute party, "Gary Epis, as Trustee" failed to establish that in this capacity he is the proper substitute. According to the supplemental declaration filed in response to the Court's September 12, 2025 minute order, Mr. Epis references rights to be a substitute in at least two additional capacities: Gary Epis, an individual, as a beneficiary under the Will and Gary Epis, as nominated executor of the estate. =(501/CFH)
