Before the court is an unopposed Motion to be Relieved as Counsel from Counsel Matthew Treybig and Quill & Arrow, LLP, counsel of record for Plaintiff Jose Juan de Dios.

OFF CALENDAR. In light of the dismissal of the entire action, entered November 12, 2025, the court finds the instant request moot and, accordingly orders it off calendar.
