No later than 9:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025 each defendant to file a declaration explaining the signature date of "November 17, 2025" on the verification of the Answer to First Amended Complaint filed on December 4, 2025 and verification of the Answer to Complaint submitted for filing on November 10, 2025. Declarations shall include the details regarding the signature time, date, manner (e.g. electronic, paper, etc.) and location (e.g. counsel office, home, etc.) Additionally, Yusef Bautista Cardiel and Vincent Cardiel shall separately attest that the signatures next to their names on these verifications belong to them or explain the signatures that do not appear to correspond to the names printed next to the signatures.
No later than 9:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025 counsel to file a declaration explaining the proof of service filed on December 4, 2025 in conjunction with the filing of the Answer to First Amended Complaint. This proof of service indicates that Answer to Complaint was served on November 10, 2025. The Court notes that as of December 17, 2025 at 3:17 p.m. no proof of service for the opposition filed on December 16, 2025 is on file. =(501/CFH)
