Plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application to Advance the Hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Defendant Noxell Corporation Regarding Form Interrogatories, Set One, and Requests for Production, Set One is GRANTED.

The Hearing on Motion to Compel Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel defendant Noxell Corporation Further Responses to FROG1 and RPD1; filed by JOVY MENOR (Plaintiff) + CRS# 909177075615 scheduled for 11/03/2026 is reset to 09/10/2026 at 01:30 PM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

Opposition papers shall be filed and served no later than September 1, 2026, and any Reply papers shall be filed and served no later than 12:00 pm on September 4, 2026. Courtesy copies of all papers shall include a copy emailed to Department 18.

Plaintiffs' counsel must forthwith serve a copy of this order on all counsel of record and selfrepresented parties. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
