DEFENDANTS MOTION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF SURPLUS PROCEEDS is continued to January 28, 2026.

No later than January 9, 2026 counsel for the moving party to file a declaration attaching a copy of CRC 2.259 with the following portions quoted in the reply to Citibank's opposition highlighted: "a document is deemed filed on the date it is received by the court" and "the filing date of the corrected document relates back to the date the document was originally received by the court." (Reply 2:13-16). Also attached to the declaration shall be a copy of the reply in 12-point font. =(501/CFH)
