DEFENDANT WHADOW INVESTMENTS LLC MOTION TO STRIKE Amended COMPLAINT; is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. This motion is made apparently on behalf of "Uber" (According, Uber respectfully requests that...") seeking to strike certain portions of the complaint because "Plaintiff's allegations do not allege facts that would entitle them to recover punitive damages, attorneys' fees, or pre-judgment interest."
