DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO STRIKE AMENDED COMPLAINT is GRANTED, with leave to amend within 5 days of notice of entry of order, on the following grounds only: (1) the Third Amended Complaint is stricken in its entirety, because it is not drawn in conformity with CCP 1166(c); and (2) item 3 of the prayer is stricken from the Third Amended Complaint as improper, because the Third Amended Complaint does not include specific allegations regarding malice. =(501/CFH)
