ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
The minute order from the Mandatory Settlement Conference indicates the matter settled in full. No Notice of Settlement has been filed. (See Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1385.) Nor has any Request for Dismissal been filed.
On 8/11/2026, the Court continued this CMC and ordered Petitioner to immediately address this issue, warning that failure to do so may result in the imposition of monetary or other sanctions, up to and including dismissal of the action.
Petitioner appears to have abandoned this case.
The Court sets this matter for an Order to Show Cause why dismissal of the entire action should not be imposed for repeated failures to comply with Case Management Order. Order to Show Cause Re: Dismissal (CRC 3.1354) is set for 09/16/2026 at 04:00 PM in Department 25 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
Failure to comply or appear may result in sanctions pursuant to one or more of the following: CRC 2.30, CRC 3.1340, CCP 177.5, CCP 575.2, CCP 583.150, CCP 583.360, CCP 583.410, CCP 583.420, CCP 583.430, and Government Code Section 68608.
If Petitioner does not file a declaration showing good cause to continue the matter, the Petition will be dismissed without prejudice.
The Case Management Conference scheduled for 08/26/2026 is vacated.
Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
