Plaintiff' Nathaniel Lowe's motion to compel the deposition of defendant Christin Creighton and for monetary sanctions is granted. Creighton must appear for her deposition on a mutually convenient date no later than January 30, 2026. Creighton and her counsel must pay reasonable monetary sanctions of $2,460 to Lowe no later than January 30, 2026. Creighton's failure to offer any dates for her deposition lacks substantial justification.
