The Status Report was filed on 5/15/26 but no proof of service has been filed as of 05/18/26. The conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service.
Unless the proof of service is filed by the next court date, or the Court finds good cause to waive it, the court continues the hearing to 06/30/26 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6 for filing of proof of service.
Conservators biennial status report was due 03/02/26 and filed on 05/15/26. The Court has reviewed the status report and it is complete.
The next biennial status report shall be filed and served on or before 02/28/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 04/11/28 at 10:30 am in Department J6.
The CI report was filed on 3/16/26 and it is complete. The CI is not recommending going to biennial at this time.
The clerk shall give notice.
