The Status Report was filed on 3/30/26 however Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) requires that a copy of the status report be served on the individuals identified in Probate Code section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), and that the proof of service be filed with the court. As relevant here, section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), provides that a copy of the report should be served on the conservatee and his/her attorney and relatives within first degree. The Notice of Filing filed on 4/7/26 does not comply.
Unless it is filed before the next court date or the Court finds good cause, the Court will continue the hearing to 6/30/26, at 9:00 am., in J6, for the proof to be properly served and filed.
Subject to the foregoing, the annual status report was due by 5/4/26 and was filed on 3/30/26. It is complete. No appearance is required.
The biennial status report shall be served and filed by 5/2/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 6/6/28, 10:30 a.m., in Dept. J6.
The next Court Investigators Report shall be filed by 5/2/28.
The clerk shall give notice.
