Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) requires that a copy of the status report be served on the individuals identified in Probate Code section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), and that the proof of service be filed with the court. Section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), requires that a copy be served on the conservate. As of 8/13/26, no proof of service on the conservatee has been filed. If not filed before the hearing, or if the Court does not find good cause, the Court will continue this hearing to 9/15/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof to be filed.
The annual status report was due by 7/20/26 and was filed on that date. It is complete. No appearance is required.
The biennial status report shall be served and filed on or before 7/26/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 8/29/28, at 10:30 a.m., in Dept. J6.
The next court investigators report shall be filed on or before 7/26/28.
The clerk shall give notice.
