Plaintiff's unopposed Motion To Enforce Settlement Agreement And For Award Of Attorney Fees And Costs Of $1,350 is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, judgment shall be entered as such: Plaintiff San Francisco Surgery Center shall recover from Defendants Igor Melinkov and Masha Gershman, jointly and severally, $66,975 (made up of $39,000.00 in principal, $26,625.00 in late fees under the stipulation/agreement, and $1,350 in attorney's fees and costs per stipulation/agreementt). On the record before the court, this is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement.

Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org (copying all parties entitled to notice) a proposed order containing the above text verbatim. Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org (with proof of prompt service to all parties entitled to notice) a proposed judgment conforming to the requirements in the Code of Civil Procedure and California Rules of Court, ideally on the appropriate Judicial Council form.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
