DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR ISSUE SANCTIONS, MONETARY SANCTIONS AND ALTERNATIVELY, FURTHER RESPONSES is GRANTED as follows: (1) no later than January 16, 2026 Plaintiff to provide complete verified response by HOA members/unit owners impacted by solar gain overheating and cracking; and produce all documents that are identified in those responses, if any; and (2) for any unit/member that complete verified responses with production are not provided, issue sanctions are granted as reqeusted.
Monetary sanctions in the amount of $4,750 granted to Rohan, Wallace and Ahrene Inc and $3,500 to 121 Ninth LLC =(501/CFH)
