Cross Complainants' Motion Objecting to Proposed Discovery Order of Special Master is continued to October 17, 2025.

No later than by noon on October 10, 2025 each party to submit a supplemental brief limited to the following: (1) Is Plaintiff pursuing any claims on behalf of individual units? Yes or No; (2) If "Yes" list the claims and identify specific allegations in the Complaint (any other pleading on file) by page and line number; (3) Is Plaintiff pursuing any claims "of Solar Gain overheating in an undetermined number of units" (See Points and Authorities re: Objection 3:13). Yes or No; (4) If Yes, (a) is this a claim re: common areas or individual units; (b) identify specific allegations in the Complaint (any other pleading on file) by page and line number pertaining to this claim; (5) Is Plaintiff pursuing any claims of water damage to the floor in Unit 404" (See Points and Authorities re: Objection 3:14).
